    • Plantain will take away the sting or itch because it helps stop bleeding and reduce inflammation.

    Why Monkey Flower?

    • Monkey flower helps heal insect bites and other wounds.

    Why Skunk Cabbage Root?

    • Skunk Cabbage is an anti-inflammatory and anti-infective; therefore, it draws out infection to treat insect bites, burns, bruises, rashes, and poison ivy.

    Why Calendula

    • Calendula treat burns, bruises, and cuts, as well as the minor infections.

    Why Sitka Alder?

    • Alder soothes the skin, relives the pain, and reduces swelling and inflammation.

    Why Stinging Nettle?

    • Stinging nettle has a combudoron, which has been shown to help with burn treatment.

    Why Cottonwood Buds? 

    • The anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, and antioxidant properties of cottonwood bud oil make it useful for treating bites and burns.
