Ingredients:
- Yarrow
- Plantain
- Comfrey

Suggested Use:
- A spray or two in the back of the throat helps prevent sore throat and illness from taking hold and helps ease symptoms.
- For ear irritations, 3-4 drops in the ear, then let sit 5 min. Continue twice/day until ear irritation subsides.
- Continue as necessary.

- Daisy is an antispasmodic and helps relieve spasms in the airway, helping people with asthma breathe easier.
Why Usnea?
- Usnea helps heal respiratory problems such as bronchitis, pheumonia, sinus infection, strep throat, colds, flus, and other respiratory complaints.
